At LEGOLAND New York Resort, we want you to build the perfect wardrobe with confidence. If your fashion purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or bring your item and original receipt to the Big Shop at LEGOLAND New York Resort.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all apparel is in its original, unworn condition with all LEGO-themed tags securely attached to the garment.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it at any authorized carrier location or return it in-park.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
